Terms of service
This section sets forth www.dhruvansh.org Terms and Conditions of sale. By completing a
purchase with us you agree to follow these Terms and Conditions and to be bound by them.
General Terms
1. Dhruvansh carries many of the products that is displayed on our website. In some cases,
merchandise on our website may be out of stock, or may be discontinued without notice.
2. Our current manufacturing lead-times average 2 Working day from the customer's order date for
customised Products. Although uncommon, some orders may take up to 3-4 days from the
customer's order date. This is dependent upon several factors including, but not restricted to: Item
Quantity, Item Size/Weight, Location, & Current Stock Levels at the time of purchase after
Dispatch it takes 3-7 days for delivery and it depends on Area Pincodes.
3. All prices and services featured on our website are quoted in INR, are valid and effective only in
the continental INDIA.
4. Some of our products have been photographed with electronic equipment and other Home decor
Products. Electronic equipment and other Home Decor Products is not included with product
purchase.
Sales Items
1. Sales item orders cannot be canceled. Sales items are final sales and may not be returned. No
price adjustments are given on or due to prior sales.
Order Cancellations
2. We cannot accept order cancellations on any custom-made or custom-cut items past 5 hours after
order placement.
3. We cannot accept cancellations on custom-made, custom-finished items, or custom artwork
design. This includes, but is not limited to custom names and other custom text.
4. All purchases are made to order, and can not be refunded or cancelled due to time and resources
allocated to the fulfillment of that item.

1. We may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without prior notice. For
this reason, you should review our Terms and Conditions each time you purchase products from
us.
